Responsibilities
- Market & Audience Research: As the Growth Strategist, you’ll immerse yourself in our clients’ industries to fully understand customer behaviors, market trends, and competitor activities. You’ll use these insights to pinpoint key opportunities that set our clients apart and spark meaningful growth.
- Growth Marketing Strategy: Building on your research, you’ll craft holistic (growth) marketing plans that align with each client’s overarching business goals. You’ll translate insights into actionable tactics, ensuring every initiative—from new channel exploration to funnel improvements—pushes the needle forward.
- Channel Optimisation: You’ll test, refine, and scale acquisition channels to uncover the most profitable paths for growth. By continuously monitoring performance, you’ll make data-driven decisions on how to optimize customer journeys and maximize return on investment.
- Experimentation & A/B Testing: You’ll champion an experiment-first culture, designing A/B tests to validate hypotheses around messaging, user experience, and product-market fit. By analyzing results and iterating quickly, you’ll steer ongoing improvements and keep the momentum going.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Amplitude, you’ll track performance metrics and derive actionable insights. Your clear, concise reporting will help clients and internal teams understand results and guide strategic decisions.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Success in this role depends on strong teamwork. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams—including sales, RevOps, content, design, and brand—to unify efforts around shared objectives.
