We are currently seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial-minded Client Delivery Lead (Commercial Delivery Lead) to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients across Europe and beyond.
What you will be doing as a Client Delivery Lead:
As the Client Delivery Lead, you will be at the helm of a multidisciplinary Revenue/GTM team, comprising experts in GTM (Market/Operating Model), Data (Analytics/Engineering/Science), Revenue (Financial/Sales/CS), Marketing (Content/Growth/Design), and RevOps (Tech stack/Operations). In this pivotal role, you will have the authority to shape and execute winning strategies and tactics for success.
Key Responsibilities:
A Client Delivery Lead, as the main stakeholder from a client perspective, should focus on several key areas to ensure project success:
Client-Centric Communication: Act as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring expectations are clearly understood, priorities are aligned, and regular updates are provided to maintain transparency.
Strategic Alignment: Drive alignment between the client's strategic goals and the internal delivery roadmap. This involves understanding the client's long-term vision and ensuring that all project activities contribute to those objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring smooth collaboration across different functional areas (technical, operational, and commercial) to deliver cohesive and integrated solutions that meet client needs.
Risk Management & Issue Resolution: Identify potential risks and proactively manage them by collaborating with both internal teams and the client. Quick escalation and resolution of issues are critical to maintain project momentum.
Quality & Performance Oversight: Ensure that all deliverables meet the agreed-upon quality standards, deadlines, and budget constraints. This includes monitoring performance, assessing outcomes, and adjusting approaches as needed.
External Vendor Coordination: Manage and align external vendors or third-party stakeholders with internal project goals, ensuring their contributions complement the overall strategy and delivery timeline.
Driving Value: Continually seek ways to add value for the client by identifying opportunities for proficiency or efficiency gains that align with the business's broader strategic initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement & Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction by fostering strong relationships with all stakeholders, anticipating needs, addressing concerns, and delivering tangible results that align with the commercial goals.
By focusing on these areas, the Client Delivery Lead ensures that the project not only meets the immediate strategic & tactical needs but also supports the client’s long-term strategic objectives and short-term result-oriented execution.
