Your mission
As Sales Excellence Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing, refining, and implementing high-performance sales systems for our clients—scale-ups and mid-market leaders across SaaS, deep tech, and manufacturing. You will be both an architect and executor of commercial excellence across our portfolio, working on multiple clients simultaneously, enabling founders and revenue leaders to drive scalable and repeatable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze full-funnel sales performance to identify conversion bottlenecks, improve velocity, and enhance forecasting accuracy.
Design and implement sales team structures with clear role segmentation and responsibilities from SDR through AE to post-sale.
Build sales processes (e.g. qualification, demo, pilot/POC, closing etc.) and account management phases tailored to buying journeys.
Develop and implement sales playbooks across key stages(e.g. Prospecting, discovery, closing etc.) ensuring repeatable best practices.
Set up or refine sales methodologies suited to company maturity and deal complexity, ensuring consistency and team alignment.
Run pipeline reviews and forecasting rhythms, coaching clients on pipeline hygiene and full-funnel health.
Support sales leadership by embedding frameworks for coaching, performance management, and KPIs.
Deliver training sessions and workshops that upskill teams across the commercial org, from junior reps to senior managers.
Optimize tech stack to support sales execution and data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with Client Lead, Commercial Excellence, Brand, Marketing & RevOps to build high-performance revenue engines.
